This property is truly a sea of flowers a garden with more flowers I have not seen in Sri Lanka. The house is painted with love and clean. A total of 3 houses on the property. One could be developed as a cabana. For such a nice big piece of land with house, the price is very cheap.

There are still a large piece of land on that property that was natural. Here you can either build something or even create the garden further. In this building has hardly anything to be done. I myself would make new toilet and shower the colors do not tell me .. It has its own well for water supply. The house is so but equally habitable and ready for occupancy.
